  If I could give zero stars to this place I would. Not the dr bc I didn't get that far, but the customer service was terrible. I called Dr Davis' office 3 years ago and was told that there was a year waiting list and that I would be put on it. Almost a year later, I still hadn't received a call to confirm my appointment so I called in to make sure when the date was to be told by a very rude customer service rep that I didn't have an appointment. She then said that if I had called a year ago, I should've had my name put on the list, like it was fault, and that I would have to wait another year even tho someone in their office clearly didn't put me on it the first time I called in. She told me I could call to see if there were any cancellations but that's it. And that she doubted there would be. There was no apology, nothing. So basically I would be on a 2 year waiting list. I was so furious I decided to find someone else, I ended up going to dr Epstein who did an AMAZING job and everyone in his office is just AMAZING. This place JUST called to confirm my (2 year) appointment - which I totally forgot about and when I told her I had went to someone else, she literally hung up on me mid sentence. How this Dr gets ANY clients with customer service like that is beyond me.
